Booking Conditions
Payment
Fees vary from program to program but must be payed up front (for the upfront price) via Paypal or by other payment options by prior arrangement before a program starts. This gives Soulful Children’s Village time to organise resources, cancel/rearrange programs, staff, venue hire etc if we don’t meet minimum requirements for that particular program. If an attendee registers but does not pay by this time, the attendee will be unable to participate in the program.
Cancellation Policy
Soulful Children’s Village is committed to providing our families with the opportunity to partake in playgroup and holiday program activities, however our numbers are limited by our ratios. When a family cancels without giving enough notice, they may prevent another family from participating in our program.
We understand that at times life happens and you may need to cancel. If you do need to cancel, please do so through our online booking system (by logging into your account) or by cancelling through the link on the booking confirmation email you would have received when you originally made the booking.
Credits and/or refunds will be given if you cancel 24 hours or more prior to the program start time. Cancellation within 24 hours of the program start time will result in a forfeit of all fees paid.
Rescheduling a booking
Soulful Children’s Village is happy for you to reschedule a booking, as long as the following conditions are met. If you do need to reschedule, please do so through our online booking system (by logging into your account) or by rescheduling through the link on the booking confirmation email you would have received when you originally made the booking.
You may reschedule to any of the dates and times available within our booking system.
Confirmation of bookings
Your booking is confirmed once you have booked and paid in full through our online booking system. Your place within our programs is not held in-situ until paid in full prior to attending our programs. Bookings must be made, prior to attending our programs. We will no longer accept walk ins/cash payments as of 06/07/2021. All booking must be made online before attending our programs.
Wet Weather
We are an ‘all weather’ program meaning that all of our programs go ahead in wet weather as long as it is safe. Please ensure all attendees (children and parents) are appropriately dressed and prepared.
